2009/10 Young People Programme
Clubs for Young People is pleased to launch their 2009/10 Young People
Programme. As always, our programme has been put together to encourage
young people to get involved, enjoy themselves, take on new challenges
and achieve success, with clubs helping young people to do this by
taking part. Last year 30,000 young people took part in the Young People
Programme of Activities with their clubs, either at county or regional
level or at one of the many national events.
UK Boxing Finals
Tickets are now available for the Clubs for Young People UK Boxing Finals taking place on Thursday 25th March at The Troxy in the Docklands.
The Clubs for Young People UK Boxing championship has run since 1936 running in conjunction with the Amateur Boxing Association. Many of the countryÕs top boxers have competed in the competition in the past, including Amir Khan, Ricky Hatton, Errol Christie and Frankie Gavin and the events offers the chance to see some of the countries most talented young boxers compete.
